Residential Site Superintendent

CPM - Construction Preservation Maintenance is looking for talented construction professionals to join our team. We are a General Contractor based out of Snohomish County, WA specializing in Commercial Tenant Improvement, Custom Residential and Facility Maintenance.
We are seeking long-term team members that are self-motivated and work well with others or alone fulfilling positions of:
¬ Residential Site Superintendent
This position effectively handles the building process to meet quality, timeline and cost requirements. We are looking for a team member who is energetic, results-oriented, resourceful and organized. The Residential Site Superintendent position is open due to continued growth.

This is a regular full-time opportunity based in Snohomish, WA with local area travel to job sites.
Responsibilities Include:

Exceptional customer service including effective, timely communication
¬
Scheduling and managing a variety of residential subcontractors and suppliers
¬
Supervision of one or more CPM employees
¬
Maintaining clean, orderly and safe work sites
¬
Delivering a high quality product-- on time and on budget
¬
Working with municipal officials on building inspections and jurisdictional requirements
¬
Ability to motivate subcontractors and suppliers while being professional and courteous
¬
Ability to ‚ think outside of the box‚ ; creative in finding solutions and identifying best practices
¬
Self performing trade work
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
¬
High School Diploma Minimum
¬
Four plus years‚ experience in the residential construction industry
¬
Knowledge and ability to interpret blueprints, plans and specifications
¬
Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
¬
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
¬
A confident, professional work style
¬
Strong organizational and project management skills; must effectively handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
¬
Enthusiasm for new projects and learning opportunities
¬
Experience with MS Office programs ‚ Word, Excel and Outlook
¬
Previous job costing experience is preferred
¬

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
