The Role Manage projects from award to finish by coordinating with field superintendent and management, identify and track project change orders (Force Account / T&M tracking), communicate with customers and suppliers, attend weekly project meetings and schedule reviews.
Monitor and control project with superintendent and foreman to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
Ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service and ongoing customer relationship.
Requirements Track record of success on large projects, increasing in difficulty, complexity and value throughout your career Knowledgeable in blueprint reading, estimating and project management.
Demonstrate ability to read and understand contracts, construction documents, specs and plans.
Experience with WSDOT specs and Federal Heavy Civil construction projects.
Experience with LNI including Certified Payroll and related processes is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word and Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with BlueBeam or similar software package is a plus.
Minimum 5 years in the construction industry preferred; construction or Civil Engineering degree preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Must be highly self-motivated and accountable.
