The right candidate needs to work well in a team environment, has a positive attitude, has the ability to multi-task, is detail oriented and strives to deliver exceptional customer service in every customer interaction, consistent with our core values of trust, professionalism, and personal connection.

Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch in accordance with Federal Aviation and TSA Regulations all aircraft for flights associated with renters, students, photo flights, scenic flights and on demand air charter.
Provide aircraft landing pattern advisory information to incoming and outgoing aircraft, and complete general clerk, filing and administrative duties associated with a professional office environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, 2-year degree or equivalent.
Must have minimum one year experience in an office environment with keyboarding 35 WPM.
Familiar with social media platforms.
Aviation knowledge helpful, dispatching skills desired.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.
e.
:
Outlook, Word & Excel).
Excellent customer service skills.
Physical Demands:
Standing or sitting for long periods of time, bending, twisting and lifting.
May include climbing stairs, walking, squatting, kneeling or driving.
Includes using a computer, handling office equipment and communicating with co-workers, customers and prospective customers.
Time & Schedule Availability Requirement:
Variable schedule, airport office is open seven days a week.
