We are searching for Professional Unarmed Security Officer to protect our premises, assets and personnel.
You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions.
The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.
Qualified Candidate Responsibilities MUST BE ABLE TO STAY ALERT AND VIGILENT THROUGHOUT ENTIRE SHIFT!!! Must be comfortable handing out informational flyers with housing assistance information Must be comfortabe working amongst the homeless environment Address the public with professionalism and maintain composure at ALL times Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances Maintain a professional dress code and behavior to visitors Report in detail any suspicious incidents Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter Monitor and control access at building entrances and gates Conduct data entry Provide excellent and friendly customer service Able to conduct periodic QR scans around job site Skills Able to monitor the surrounding area Able and comfortable asking transients to move from a location Excellent Sfot Skills and Clear and Polite Communication Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols Surveillance skills and detail orientation Integrity and professionalism Job Type:
